I cannot understand the 2 star review. Mike has been incredibly responsive. He is excellent to work with and the facility is fantastic. I dropped my trailer off late with no issues. Code worked, gate opened and I parked. In and out in 15 minutes. Another guy was dropping his gorgeous fishing boat there after I locked up. I have to admit - this has been the easiest part of boat ownership. Cheers to you, CBS! Thank you for all the help!

We've been storing our boat here for over a year now.
Fast easy registration, hassle free payment with my visa. Lower prices for boat storage, we paid the annual and got one month free. They've made landscape improvements in the past year. Overall the yard has come in handy for us, it's clean and has cameras. It's near to the new launch ramp in Coronado.

I've kept my boat here since summer 2017. This is the best combination of cost and ramp accessibility I could find. Both glorietta and Chula Vista are only 15 minutes or so away. This is also the cheapest place ive found as several others wanted double. The yard isn't trashy at all it's just very basic, its a vacant fenced in lot with no services, no electric and no water. Theres some nice boats here, not sure what sort of yacht yelper "Kevin" owns but theres no abandonded trashy boats here. There are however cameras and lights. The manager Noel is a nice guy, and I've never had a hard time of getting a hold of him but admittedly I've only called him a handful of times. I honestly don't know why more people don't keep their boats here.
